RESUMO: Esta pesquisa visa abordar a afetividade na relação educadores e educandos no Ensino de Jovens e Adultos do Programa Escrevo Meu Futuro da Usinas Itamarati no município de Denise/MT.  Entende-se que a afetividade abrange vários aspectos e integra relações, permeadas pela emoção e a paixão, sentimentos essenciais ao processo de ensino/aprendizagem, pois considerando que o ambiente escolar é heterogêneo no que tange à diversidade de valores, conceitos, ideologias, salvo que a relação afetiva é significativa para a construção e desenvolvimento cognitivo. Assim, o objetivo geral é analisar as representações da afetividade na relação de educadores e educandos do Ensino de Jovens e Adultos do Programa Escrevo Meu Futuro.  É uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, tomando o estudo de caso como apoio metodológico e instrumentos de coleta de dados, tais como: entrevista semiestruturada em sala de aula. Os sujeitos da pesquisa são os educadores do 2º Ano do Ensino Médio e os educandos da referida turma. Os dados coletados foram problematizados pelo aporte teórico na interface das Ciências Sociais e Linguagem, tendo como parâmetros os conceitos, pensamento e linguagem, socialização, educação de jovens e adultos e o principal conceito: afetividade no processo de ensino/aprendizagem. Assim, foi possível compreender que as situações percebidas neste estudo, tais como: gestos, aceitações, motivações, interações, diferenças geracionais e as representações dos sujeitos observados apontam a importância da relação afetiva e cognitiva no processo da construção do conhecimento, pois estão interligados por um comprometimento tanto do educador quanto do educando num procedimento ininterrupto de motivação para o aprendizado.

ABSTRACT: This research has as crucial issue the affectionateness in educators and learners’ relationship in Adult and Youth Education of the “Escrevo Meu Futuro” of “Usinas Itamarati” Program, in the city of Denise/MT. It is understood that affectionateness covers several aspects, and integrates relations, suffused with emotion and passion, essentials feelings to the teaching / learning process, because considering that the school environment is heterogeneous with respect to the diversity of values, concepts, ideologies, unless the affective relationship is significant for the construction and cognitive development. Thus, the general objective of this research is to analyze the representations of affectionateness in the teachers and students relationship of the Youth and Adult Education of “Escrevo Meu Futuro” program. It is a qualitative research, taking the case study as methodological support and tools for the data collection, such as: semi-structured interviews in the classroom. The research subjects are the educators of the 2nd year of high school, and the students of that class. The data collected were problematized by the theoretical interface of Social Sciences and Language, having as parameters the concepts, thought and language, socialization, education of youth and adults and the main concept: the affectionateness in the teaching / learning process. Thus, it was possible to understand that situations perceived in this study, such as gestures, acceptances, motivations, interactions, generational differences and the representations of the observed subjects indicate the importance of the affective realtion and cognitive process in the construction of knowledge, because they are connected by a commitment from both the educator and the student in an uninterrupted procedure of motivation for learning.
